This week has seen some exciting things for the Performing Arts. At the Primary Campus, we have had the Primary Arts Eisteddfod and students from grades One to Six have been performing to score points for their House. From Drama and Music to Dance, so much talent has been on display. Congratulations to all who had the courage to perform, you did so brilliantly. Thanks to Ms Jo-Anne Turner who organised this event and to all the Performing Arts staff who assisted in adjudicating the many sections.

On Monday morning our Year 8 Drama classes got the pleasure of seeing Shake and Stir Theatre Company perform the show Unfiltered. This show looked into social media and how we should be careful about how we use it. With 3 actors playing multiple roles students were able to see professionals perform skills they have been learning about.

Tonight we have our annual Jazz Night. We wish all our performers the very best as they entertain the audience. Thanks to Ms Leona Collier for pulling this night of cool entertainment together. A big thank-you to Mrs Jo Odorici and all of our FOTA parents who have assisted us in many ways from organisation to catering, we appreciate all you do.

So at the end of a very busy term that started with a musical and is ending with a Jazz Night, we thank you all for your support as we bring entertainment and joy to the world in which we live.
