Primary Sport

St John’s has entered a Boys and a Girls Soccer team in an Inter-school Southern Scorpions District competition, where the winning school team will represent the District in the upcoming SEQ Finals, to take place on Friday 23 August. As this competition will be run according to official Soccer rules of 11 aside and played on a full- size field, the school teams may be selected from across all Year levels, ensuring they are able to cope with the changed conditions of the competition. It is a good opportunity for the College’s Soccer talent to be challenged in a new competition.

Thank you to all staff, coaches and students involved on Saturday 3 August with JTAS matches. A big thank you too, to Mrs Melanie Waalder and her team of parent helpers for once again running a canteen for our home Soccer matches.
