What a night to remember!
On Friday, 13 September the St John’s Community and beyond came together for the annual Foundation Community Dinner at Hillstone St Lucia. It was an amazing night celebrating our College community, letting our hair down and enjoying each other’s company.
Our major prize car raffle was drawn on the night, which was won by a local employee from a local business!! Congratulations to them and thank you to our car partner, Llewellyn Hyundai and all who were involved in selling raffle tickets. All raffle tickets and donation monies will be going to support the Sports Centre Redevelopment Appeal.
All who attended the night will say that St John’s Secondary teacher Yugeindran Nair did an exceptional job as our Master of Ceremonies, keeping the night on track and filling the room with laughter. Thank you Mr Nair!
Thank you to The Baker Boys Band for providing the entertainment on the night which filled the dance floor and a special thank you must also go to our wonderful sponsors and supporters who made this year’s event possible:
Bank of Queensland Forest Lake
